We set the NEW World Record for T-TRAK Layouts in Size, number of modules, scale mileage, and participants among others!!!
Over 170 participants, from 49 states, the District of Columbia, and overseas, with over 758 modules of all sizes (1511 equivlent singles) came together in Chattanooga. at the NMRA's Scenic City Express Convention and National Train Show, to make this event a HUGE SUCCESS!
The layout featured 93.47 scales miles of mainline run and took over 2 hours (average sscale speed 45 mph) for a train to navigate the entire "Scenic City Route"!
With the support and sponsorship of ScaleTrains, we also hosted an Awards Breakfast Banquet (for participants, their significant others, NMRA Conventioneers, and other interested N scalers).
Many other Sponsors contribute Products and monies which allowed us tio conduct numerous raffles, give away prizes, as well as lots of other free giveaways for all of our participants and attendees!

The National T-TRAK Layout, at the NMRA's Scenic City Express National Convention's National Train Show (August 1 & 2, 2026) in Chattanooga, TN, set a new world record for T-TRAK Layouts, breaking the previous record set in Kansas City, MO at the NMRA's National Train Show in 2018.
The Chattanooga layout encompassed over 10,000 sq ft, consisted of 758 individual modules of various sizes, or 1,511 equivalent single modules!
Participants from 48 different states, the District of Columbia, Australia, and Denmark came together in Chattanooga July 30th and 31st, August 1st and 2nd to make this record-breaking layout a reality!
